Food
Just like our wine, our food is also an expression of terroir. Sourced responsibly and organically from our garden or nearby small-scale producers, the ingredients we use are fresh, seasonal, and of highest quality. Being sourced at less than 100km guarantees delivering the most honest expression of our mountain terroir through a unique farm-to-table wine-and-food experience.

Our menu is curated by the winemaker himself who puts the same passion and intuition in creating unique recipes that reinvent Lebanese gastronomy in every dish. When he’s not wearing his farmer or viticulturer shoes, you will see him plating your dishes in the kitchen, grilling your meat on the BBQ, and touring the tables to meet and greet his guests.

In our laid-back garden, incredible views and flavors come together to offer our guests an authentic “table d’hôte” experience where they are personally tended to by us, the winemaker and his wife, from the moment they step into our little paradise.
