Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your Sept Club Membership is designed to give you year-round access to our wines and experiences, and we strive to make it simple and transparent.

1.Membership Subscription

All subscriptions are purchased online through our website.By joining, you select your preferred “Tier” and pay for an annual membership in advance.Memberships are non-refundable, whether in full or in part.

2.Cancellation & Renewal

Once paid, your membership is valid for the entire subscription year and cannot be cancelled or refunded.If you do not wish to continue, you may simply choose not to renew your membership at the end of your term.Renewal reminders will be sent to you before your subscription ends.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Membership fees cannot be refunded.In case of damaged or faulty wine deliveries, please notify us within 3 days and we will replace the bottle(s) or provide credit toward your next delivery.

4. Delivery

Wine deliveries are available only within Lebanon, either to your address or via pickup at Sept Winery.
