A visit to Sept Winery domain is never complete without our “table d’hôte” experience. Cooking for friends, even before the winery came to life, has always been Maher’s biggest joy. A lover of palate-tantalizing flavours, he prepares his food with the same passion he makes his wines. Fresh, organic, and locally-sourced are the ingredients he uses to cook for his guests.
Maher’s cuisine is distinguished with intense aromas of local herbs and spices that he loves to add to the vegetarian Mediterranean dishes he creates, with a twist. He’s also a BBQ enthusiast, which means special chicken and meat marinades are definitely on the menu.
Starting with one table back in 2018, our guest-table experience caters today for small groups in our private garden. To preserve the intimate and homey feel of our setting, our table is available only upon booking and to a limited number of people per day.
Paired with our naturally-made organic wines, our menu consists of a set formula - we love the challenge of surprising our guests with happy flavours and moments.
